退款政策

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must return the item within Seven (7) days from when the order was received. The item must be unused and with all tags attached. The item must not have any sign of marks, make-up or perfumes. Returns are not allowed on earrings and swimwear. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.  Once approved, a Store Credit will be processed, minus the courier fee if applicable. Refunds are only process in the rare case where the item/s are defected or we have sold out on the item after a sale was made.

Discounted or sale items cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned, including BLACK FRIDAY purchases. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

Mystique-Online is not responsible for the shipping charges of the returned item.  The shipping charges for the returned item will be at the customers own cost.
