Returns and Exchanges

Discounted or sale items cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned, including BLACK FRIDAY purchases. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

 

Returns

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must return the item within seven (7) days from when the order was received. The item must be unused and with all tags attached. The item must not have any sign of marks, make-up or perfumes. Returns are not allowed on earrings and swimwear. 

Discounted or sale items cannot be returned.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.  Once approved, a Store Credit will be processed, minus the courier fee. 

Mystique-Online is not responsible for the shipping charges of the returned items.  The shipping charges for the returned items will be at the customers own cost. 

 

Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be returned within seven (7) days from when the order was received.   No cash exchange will be accepted. The item must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags attached. There must be no sign of marks, make-up or perfumes. We do not replace merchandise if it is not returned in a satisfactory order. Any item you return needs to be eligible to resell and sent to another customer. 

The shipping charges for the returned items will be at the customers own cost. 

Exchanges under R800 will be sent to the customer at no additional cost.

In rare cases where Mystique-Online has sent the incorrect garment, the garment may not be used.  No returns will be accepted once an item is worn even though we sent the incorrect item. Dispatch of incorrect items will be treated as a normal exchange policy.
